Ambujammal – legacy of a Gandhian and Patriot
Let us face it, there could be no Republic without Independence and that came about thanks to freedom fighters such as Ambujammal. Born into wealth, she could have led a happy life free of cares but she was one of the many who were touched by Mahatma Gandhi. Her’s is an inspiring life and on this Republic Day, let us explore her legacy via a walk in the Mylapore area.

The proceeds from the walk will be donated to the Srinivasa Gandhi Nilayam which Ambujammal founded.
Details of the Walk:
Date: Friday, 26th January 2024.
Timings: 6.00 to 8.00 am, followed by breakfast.
Cost per person: Rs 1050/- including GST.
