& भूपेन्द्रन = BHOOPENDRAN = BHOO+ INDRAN became BOOBENDIRAN!!!!!!
How tragic!
And yet we have to bear compassion in our hearts & minds.
This is the result of having DERACINATED OURSELVES from our कलाचारम = culture = संस्कारम् = सम्स्कृति -OUR SAMSKRIT LANGUAGE!!!!!
If only our educationists would SEE LIGHT & START A RENAISSANCE OF SAMSKRIT all over our great country that will automatically lead to the rebirth of A NEW BHARAT!
I don’t know if you have traveled by bus to Kanchipuram. Do you know how they say the place they need to get off? Perumandur! ( Obviously Perumbudur dropping the Sri(!) and if at all included uttered as Stree!!! Sri Kalahasti is Kalastri- a black woman!!!!

Unless you go door to door asking all the expectant mothers and their families asking for the names they are thinking of giving the newborn and ‘correcting’ them ‘Sanskrit’ically, you cannot do anything about it.
You have better causes to fight for.
