As is usual, I delivered the first of the two end-of-year talks at Tag Centre yesterday. The topic was Tyagaraja, a life. It was tough putting it together but thanks to help from numerous friends, Suresh Gopalan and Charubala, my uncle S Subramanian, SL Narasimhan, Sanjay Subrahmanyan, KV Ramanathan and (not but not least) RT Chari, it happened. This morning, The Hindu carried a write-up on it.

Any chance of your lecture being available on youtube or as a podcast? Thanks.
Sriram,
A great talk and the season’s highlight as always. Besides learning new information about Tyagaraja, I also enjoyed learning a few tidbits about you. It appears your swara sthanams are perfect. I also know now that you are well versed in Kamba Ramayanam.
Any chance that Mr. Chari will stream your furture talks live?
