There is actually a Federation of City Based Sabhas which has been in existence since 1936! Its aim is to promote unity among Sabhas and coordinate the conduct of the Season. heheh

There are only 15 sabhas in this Federation, if I remember correctly, and the Federation looks down upon every non-Fed sabha! Our ability to create caste systems out of nothing is infinite.
